First I want to tell you about the right step for installation process AutoCad 2012..
because any body was failed installing autodesk and got the Big Trouble and confusing!! such error activation above.

This Worked!  I've Tried :D
sorry i did not post  any pictures or video in the form of this tutorial! I didn't  have much time!

This the right step i've been successed to install it!

NB :  serial and product key below only applies to AutoCAD 2012,
but activate step applies to all types of Autodesk software!

How to Install?

1.Instal Autocad 2012  (The Installer of autocad.exe)
2.Use as Serial 366-79554859 or anything matching this template
3.Use as Product Key 2012--> 001D1
4. After Finish the instalation & CAD will restart automatically
5.Choose Folder where you store XFORCE Keygen, open if file in RAR.
6.Copy paste or Drag Keygen XForce to C:\programfiles\autodesk\AutoCAD2012
7.Open Keygen or  Start XFORCE 2012 keygen 32bits version if you're installing it 32bits application. 64bits if you're installing a 64bits application.
8.Click on Mem Patch (you should see succeeded)
9. Back to Process activate once at screen and choose I've activate code then,
10.Copy the Request code into the keygen and press generate
11.Now copy the activation code back in to the activation screen and click next
12.You have a Fully registered Autodesk Product.
